Navigation Services- Waymaker

We are beginning to work on our Navigation services on a VERY limited, volunteer basis. Our Navigators meet with individuals and families to assess needs, develop goals & plans, and assist with carrying out those plans. We make referrals to other agencies and help clients make appointments and know what they need to take with them, etc. This is very limited at this time so we may not be able to assist all of your referrals directly.

Self-Directed Free Tax Prep

My Free Taxes (MFT) program is a self-directed filing program where individuals can file their own taxes with the support of a certified tax coach. The software is very user friendly and easy to use. Most individuals report their refund is in their banking accounts within 7 to 10 days after filing. It is essential that individuals using this program have basic computer skills.
